Evening Concert: Ignacio Lara Romero and Richard Whalley.
The violinist Ignacio Lara Romero and the pianist Richard Whalley will perform a very personal project between the violinist and the composer Camden Reeves. The first performances of Reeves’ Gorgon’s Head II for violin and piano, as well as pieces composed for this occasion by Matthew Burke. They will also play music by the American Charles Ives and the German Helmut Lachenmann.
